There are hardly any podcatchers that can match iTunes.

It gives it users freedom and possesses a wide range of capabilities. With iTunes, not only can you subscribe, download and listen or watch podcasts, but you can also use it for playing all your music, and to shop for more music using the iTunes store.

There is also a podcasting directory built into iTunes.

There aren’t any podcatchers that can challenge iTunes I doubt whether there will be any until the bigger media players such as Windows Media Player and Real Player look into podcasting. At the moment iTunes is the biggest and best player in the podcasting park and I would highly recommend it.

In the future better podcathers may be developed, but until then, iTunes is still the best.
