The latest album from The Killers really rocks. Fans of the band certainty wont be disappointed as it brings more of the amazing tunes that made The Killers the musical legends that they are today.

The album is named after a casino in Las Vegas and many of the lyrics to Sams Town are based around the Nevada desert such as “burning down the highway skyline”.

The lyrics in this album are much deeper than ones we have heard before. In the track ‘Why Do I Keep Counting?’ the singer is cleverly using his fear of flying as a diversion so he can actually explore the deeper areas of mortality.

So The Killers are still on top of their game with this new album. The best tracks are obviously the single, When We Were Young and the title track Sams Town is also very good.
